Refund Policy

Refunds will only be applicable under the following circumstances:

1. Illegal or Unethical Sale

• If a device is suld to VSN Sell Solutions using illegal or unethical means (e.g., stolen property, forged documents), the seller will be held solely liable.
• VSN Sell Solutions reserves the right to cancel such transactions.
• The seller must refund the full amount received for the device along with interest at 24% per annum.
• Legal action may be taken against the seller for fraudulent conduct.
• VSN Sell Solutions will not be held responsible for any legal implications resulting from such transactions.

2. Concealment of Facts

• If any crucial information is concealed or misrepresented by the seller, violating the terms and conditions agreed to on our website, VSN Sell Solutions reserves the right to cancel the transaction.
• Any refund in such cases will be initiated only through legal procedures.

3. No Returns for Other Reasons

• No refunds, returns, or cancellations will be entertained for any other reason beyond the above-mentioned cases.

Cancellation Policy

Before Delivery : The seller can cancel the transaction at any time before the device is delivered to VSN Sell Solutions.

After Delivery : Once we have received the device, cancellation is solely at the discretion of VSN Sell Solutions. If the cancellation is accepted, any applicable charges or deductions will be informed to the seller prior to refund (if any).
