2. Seller Obligations and Representations

• Legal Competence: You must be 18+ or a legal entity authorized to sell devices.
• Identity Verification: You must provide valid government-issued ID.
• Ownership: You guarantee legal ownership of the device.
• Device Origin: Devices must be originally purchased in India.
• Data Deletion: You're responsible for removing all data before handing over the device.
• Accurate Description: Device must match the description provided during the quotation.

3. Inspection, Pickup, and Acceptance

• Vsn Sell Solutions may inspect devices at any time before or after pickup.
• Any discrepancies or fraud may result in cancellation or payment recovery.
• Device must be handed only to authorized Vsn Sell Solutions representatives.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment will be made to the verified bank account of the legal owner only.
• Fraudulent or misrepresented products may lead to revocation of payment.

5. Legal Declarations & Indemnity

• You confirm all provided information is accurate and lawful.
• You indemnify Vsn Sell Solutions against any claims or losses arising from breach of these terms.
• The device is free from illegal content, cloned IMEI, or third-party claims.

6. Miscellaneous Provisions

• Vsn Sell Solutions may cancel transactions at its discretion.
• We are not liable for delays due to force majeure events.
• All disputes will be under the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
